In this guided Angel Meditation, you will be inviting the Angels in, as we begin our journey. Connecting with the Angels through the meditation you will be given insights, guidance, understanding and clarity to help you through your life.
With most of us living a fast-paced lifestyle trying to balance work, family and social lives can take its toll on our mental and physical well-being. Learning to meditate can bring a sense of calm and inner happiness to our lives and help promote feeling of peace and tranquility that often get lost when we are busy trying to juggle everything we have to accomplish on a daily basis.
The practice of meditation is a gateway into your inner consciousness, resulting in an enhanced awareness of your own existence and your overall relationship to the universe. meditation it has undeniable health benefits. It incorporates many relaxation techniques that can help you erase the negative feelings that come with the stress of leading a hectic lifestyle.
Learning to meditate can have positive effects on stress-induced illnesses like heart disease and high blood pressure. In conjunction with traditional approaches to medicine, meditation can target the root causes behind stress-based conditions by helping you to calm and clear your mind
All you need to do is open your heart and mind and ask the Angels to help you find the answers to the questions you have. When we communicate with Angels, we move towards a remarkable transformation not only of ourselves but of humanity. By working with Angels, we bring joy and abundance into our lives and help to transform the world around us.
We will be working with the Angelic Realm through Angel Oracle Cards, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and guided Meditation.
Our monthly Angel Meditation Class, held on a Tuesday morning and evening offers you the opportunity to practice a focused, guided meditation.
