digital sound bath

The term ‘sound bath meditation’ is used to describe an immersive vibrational meditation experience of pure sound through the use of sacred sound instruments.

Our new Full Spectrum Journey Through the Chakras™ Digital Sound Bath is an amazing musical journey delivered to you in the comfort of your own home, all you need is a stable internet connection and a pair of headphones.

Professionally created, designed and recorded in collaboration with the very talented Alex and Jack at 344 Audio our Full Spectrum Journey Through the Chakras™ Digital Sound Bath takes you on an acoustic, sonic journey using frequencies, vibrations and binaural beats specifically to help the cleanse, harmonise and balance the 7 primary chakras.

You can find out more about the creativie journey over on 344 Audio’s blog in their article NEWS: 344 Audio Collaborates With The Full Spectrum Center For Sound Therapy Project.

Improve your sleep, reduce pain, release tension, manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve your focus, spark your inspiration and imagination, improve intuition and enable your body, mind and spirit to relax and heal with this incredible unique, sound therapy experience from the comfort of your own home.

Sound waves and vibration from the various instruments including binaural beats, chimes, Shamanic drums, Bolon (African string instrument), guitar, singing bowls, flute, gamelan (a traditional instrumental ensemble in Java and Bali), scales, choral and expressive chant vocals result in a deeply relaxing and healing meditative experience.

Meditation is a great activity for bringing your mind and body into harmony with one another, keeping you calm and centered. The mind and body are often seen as separate entities, but they’re definitely intertwined and it’s impossible to separate the functions of one from the other.

For example, if you’ve ever been anxious or nervous, you know how that feels in your mind, your thoughts race and you might even become irrational. At the same time, the nervousness has a profound effect on your body, your heart pumps blood faster and your muscles tighten. It allows you to become centered on your breath so that you can breathe deeply and relax, helping both body and mind.

Once you have booked and secured your place you will receive a unique Zoom link and password to access the live stream.

As the digital recording contains binaural beats alongside sacred sound instruments and music headphones are required in order to receive the most benefit from the experience.

Our regular ‘Digital Sound Bath’ is guaranteed to cleanse, balance and harmonise your chakras, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, promote relaxation and a deep, restful sleep.

Places are limited and booking essential!
