Join Diane for her monthly Yoga Workshop
Yoga Workshops allow both the teacher and attendee to do deeper in the practice of Yoga. During these Yoga Workshops Di will be working with yoga practices, meditation, yoga nidra (relaxation) and journeying. She will also bring practices to work with the exploration of oneself.
These monthly workshops will be based on yourself. The first half of the workshop will be working deeply within simple yoga practices, finding out what works for you. Within this session there will be time to experience the difference between meditation and relaxation.
A short break gives the attendee time to reflect on this session. The next part of the workshop will be where various practices will be worked with, these could be shamanic journeying to finding your power animal or to find the answer to a query/problem you may have, to vision boards, chakra work, working with your own medicine wheel, working with nature etc.
Each month there will be a different practice for you to work with.
Throughout the workshop you will work on your own, work and share with partners and within the group. There is absolutely no pressure to speak within group work, your presence will speak for you.
All that is asked is to come with an open heart and be prepared to open yourself, physically, mentally and most importantly spiritually, learn to really listen to your inner voice. Have the courage to be vulnerable, have the courage to accept change if it feels right for you.
This monthly Yoga Workshop held on the second Saturday of the month really is a gift to yourself, remembering that to love and honour yourself is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. These workshops will be a journey into self and spiritual development, deepening yoga practices and inner work.
£40 per workshop.
Includes refreshments, however Diane would ask you to refrain from caffeine and food if possible and it is safe for you to do so, within these 3 hours. However water is essential and is encouraged throughout the session.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing that you can move in. Yoga mats, blocks and blankets will be available from the Centre.
