Tai Chi for Arthritis Class

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating until December 15, 2019
It is a known fact that people in pain and elderly people are more prone to accidents due to lack of balance.
Tai Chi for Arthritis contains twelve simple and easy to follow moves that have been chosen for their ability to increase muscle strength, balance and confidence in people suffering from: arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS, post-stroke.
Join Daciana for this 12 once a week sessions module, every Friday at 12.00pm, where it’s fun and easy to learn.
Small class, only 4 places per class, private-like environment, ideal for slow learners, anxiety sufferers, introverts.

The participants also get 25% discount for all the other TCM and Chinese massage sessions for the duration of the Tai Chi course (12 weeks)
