In this 24/7 world we live in it is easy to lose sight of what is important and neglect our own natural health and well-being. We don’t take time for ourselves which also impacts on those close to us. 75% of the human population undergo stress in varying degrees and the working population is particularly subject to emotional, physical and mental stress. Did you know that all illness is stress related? In other words the more you can remove stress from your life or learn to manage it the more better your life becomes in all aspects.
Joanne will guide you on a journey of self-awareness, self-care, meditation and mindfulness leading to a balanced, calm and peaceful mind using stress management, various types of meditation and relaxation techniques.
Our monthly ‘Take Time For You’ class, held on a Thursday evening offers you the opportunity to learn self-healing, stress management, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques whilst ‘taking time for you’.
