During this Gassho Meditation simply breathe in, naturally focusing on the point where your two middle fingers meet. When your mind wanders use this physical point as your focus, to bring yourself back to this focused meditation.
Gassho means ‘to place the two palms together’. This hand gesture is made as a greeting, in gratitude, or to make a request. It can also be used as a mudra, a sacred and symbolic hand gesture, used during meditation to set intent.
